The goal of this widespread promotional campaign is to attract new workers and residents to the Beauharnois-Salaberry-de-Valleyfield region. The project was financed by over 50 private and public partners. Zel was behind the whole strategy targeting 25-40 year-olds: website, vignettes, artistic direction, media positioning, we did it all! Yep, there were a few sleepless nights before the launch!
